Answers below.
- All towel-heaters have a “boost” function which, when activated, dries towels for 2 hours. (To heat the bathrooms, it’s more economical to use thermostats that activate the floor heating.)
a- The house is heated by the floor and the windows (sun) in winter. If it’s sunny, open the shutters (including those in the pool). In summer, close the shutters.
b- The chalet is air-conditioned by ventilation and a geothermal heat exchanger. This is a gentle air conditioning system that requires closing the shutters exposed to the sun in summer.
- The volume of the living room television is controlled by the soundbar (for better sound quality). Take the small remote control for the soundbar and increase the volume on the soundbar first, before trying to troubleshoot the system.
- The sauna shower is very hot, so the temperature shock (difference to the temperature of the pool) makes you feel cold while entering the pool. Lower the shower temperature before entering the pool. You have two thermometers to indicate the pool temperature (the markings are in 2-degree increments). Above 29 degrees Celsius, the automatic systems are not suitable for guaranteeing pool water quality.
- Press both buttons (light and power). It takes approximately 45 minutes for the sauna to reach the correct temperature.
- The hot tub is fully automatic. Press Jet 1 or 2 and/or Blower. Please do not touch the jets or other levers. Use the garden hose from the garage to fill the hot tub if the jets are exposed.
- The fireplace is a complicated heating system (boiler) and requires training before use.
- You can view your energy consumption at any time on the “Linky” meter in the garage. Covering the pool and hot tub after use and turning off the sauna will significantly reduce your energy consumption.
- Use the “Home Assistant” app on this tablet to view the cameras and manage certain electrical outlets.
